One time French wonder group, Stardust, are reportedly working on new music together for the first time since 1998. It looks like the group, which consists of Thomas Bangalter (one half of Daft Punk), Alan Braxe & Benjamin Diamond, are putting in a shift at Translab Studio Paris with the help of Swiss house artist, Chab.

New cut in the making today by Stardust, aka Thomas Bangalter from Daft Punk, Alan Braxe & Benjamin Diamond (taking the pic), assisted by Chab at Translab Studio Paris !!! #FrenchTouch #Legends pic.twitter.com/zn01aK7Fzy— Marc Pizon (@EverBetterMusic) May 31, 2018
The news is welcomed with open arms by dance music lovers some 20 years on from the group’s first release. 1998’s blissful ‘">Music Sounds Better With You’ formed an integral part of the disco revival of that era and added a significant notch to the belt of Bangalter, Braxe and Diamond at the time. If their first cut is anything to go by, we should be jumping out of our skins to hear what is in the pipeline for Stardust…hopefully in 2018!
