The Swedish streaming giant recently announced the milestone, as well as dropping some percentages on us, clarifying that 30% of all listeners use their Premium service. That’s a whole lot of ‘$11.99 a month’.

It has also been reported by technology investment bank  GP Bullbound that Spotify has surpassed Skype as the most valuable European start-up, worth a staggering $8.5 billion!

In short, they’re not struggling!

The news of Spotify’s subscriber boost comes as no real surprise, with recent reports of Spotify’s average salary sky-rocketing over the past few years.

Time to get a job at Spotify, I guess!
