The walls between hip hop and electronic music have been blurred thanks to the influence of trap music, but with Theophilus London being found in the studio with Brodinski and Club Cheval‘s Myd, those walls could soon be completely destroyed.
This photo popped up on Club Cheval’s Facebook page, showing the New York rapper alongside French production royalty. London has never been one to shy away from experimentation with different genres of music, and this collaboration could certainly be a landmark for both the current resurgence of techno, and the ever-growing popularity of electronic music. Could the world soon be wrapping its ears around a dark techno track with some rapping and a Canblaster twist on the side?
For a taste of what we might be in for, listen to Brodinski’s recent stint on Boiler Room.
