Listen to Tycho’s Sublime 2022 Burning Man Sunrise Set

There are three guarantees in life; death, taxes and Tychos annual sunrise set at Burning Man. The set has been running for what looks like, almost a decade now and feels to be a cataclysmic point during the festival for those lucky enough to be in attendance.

It runs from just before sunrise and welcomes the first rays of light and a new day and is bustling and full of emotive, poignant electronica including cuts from Rival Consoles, Bonobo, Max Cooper and Caribou.

Better still was the inclusion of two relatively fresh-faced Australian producers. Amongst the heavyweights were tracks from Melbourne-based Juno Mamba and his skittish original “Flicker” as well as not one, but two tracks from Sydney-based Pat Carroll with his brand of inspiring electronic “Hope” and “Alight”.

The set really is something special and proves that music is the natural soundtrack to life no matter where you find yourself! Check out the tracklisting and mix below.
