Best known for his future pop music, German producer Mazde has returned with a fresh take on music production, pivoting towards some very nice LoFi music.

The EP that’s titled ‘Love Was Here To Stay’ is a six tracker of relaxing slow paced hip hop style music. With a mix of live recorded instruments mixed with electronic percussion, most the tracks on the EP wouldn’t be out of place on a huge playlist like Chilled Cow’s ‘Lofi Hip Hop Beats To Study To’.

The tone of the music is sombre and reflective, in a way reflecting the feeling of the world right now as we battle through this year long COVID-19 pandemic.
