For any Daft Punk fan, true fandom is acquired when the helmet’s are acquired. We’ve seen a lot of bootleg helmets in the past, and there have been some impressive ones and some not so impressive ones. BUT, this helmet is officially the best we’ve seen.
Created by Love Props, a two-person 3D designing team, the helmet is pretty much a spitting image to Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo’s helmet. Impressed/10.
The helmet, dubbed the GM01, includes PGB electronics, WIFI, MIDI, motion/audio interaction, and 250 RGB LEDs. It’s pretty much an exact clone of the original, right down to the finer details.
