Miami based record label Bribery Corporation is back with a haunting and lovelorn track “Blue” by producer Light Bodies. The enigmatic producer/songwriter channels an inescapable comparison of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy era Kanye West on his debut release. The producer’s first release relies heavily on the vocal manipulation sitting atop a bed of minimal drums and smooth Jai Paul-esque synths. “Blue,” certainly wouldn’t sound entirely out of place on a James Blake album.

Approaching the precipice of something new without abandoning any musicality, “Blue,” strikes as more soulful and less electronically jarring piece, nudged along by a leisurely beat and droning synths that pervade the track.
