Spanish producer beGun put put out his ‘Shanghai’ EP on Subterfuge today, complete with music video complimenting his palette of shimmering soundscapes. A 6-track release featuring remixes of the title track from Ambassadeurs, Com Truise, Owsey and Teen Flirt as well as another landscape original ‘Hamburg’, ‘Shanghai’ employs a vaporous female voice that bobbs around the sub frequencies to complement the lush electronica surrounding it. As for the video, it perfectly illustrates the tune with it focusing on a couple clad in white, embodying the track’s ethereally romantic vibe as they explore and float around an immense frozen environment.
