Keep Sydney Open Is Rallying Again This Weekend!

Keep Sydney Open, the group behind the big push to regain our city’s nightlife, have announced another rally going down this weekend.

Under the guidance of Tyson Koh, Keep Sydney Open have successfully held 2 prior rallies in the past 12-months, each with a turn-out of over 10,000 eager punters who want their night culture back.

For what is now their third rally, KSO are teaming up with Flight Facilities, a duo that built up their career in the many nightclubs Sydney has/had to offer during their formative years, who will be just one of musical guests on the day.

The set date for the rally is Saturday, Jan 21, in the Kings Cross area. The official meeting location is yet to be announced.

Speaking on the event, KSO write “In December, the NSW government chose to maintain a curfew instead of embracing smart policies that could create a vibrant and safe late-night culture for all Sydneysiders. Keep Sydney Open rejects the 30-minute lockouts extension as a solution and an urgent rally is needed to demand that the government pursue better policy before the city’s reputation and entertainment precincts are further decimated.”

Be sure to follow the event closely right here for further details as they come. For now, check out some photos from the last rally right here and invite your mates along to the rally.
