The music industry is known to be full of hardships and often considered unfair for the creators, however a topic is often overlooked in the industry is mental health.
The latest creative to open up on this issue is Passion Pit’s Michael Angelakos, who posted a handful of Tweets to the band’s official page concerning mental health. He explains and how he “simply, cannot continues making music” until the industry is “safer and healthier” for artists with mental health disorders.
