Miami Horror Return With New Single ‘Leila’ And Conceptual EP Release

Kings of the Australian disco revival Miami Horror have returned, after a long two years since their last record ‘All Possible Futures’. Premiering on triple j’s Good Nights program, the latest single ‘Leila’ is a slow and disco-riffic jam absolutely guaranteed to get your body movin’.

From pan flutes to plucky guitar, tropical sounding synths to a face melting saxophone solo, and of course those signature vocals, ‘Leila’ is everything you could hope for from new Miami Horror. Lucky then that the boys have announced it’s part of a new conceptual EP they’re releasing on March 17th called ‘The Shapes’.

Taking the freedom of expression and creativity they have happening on ‘Leila’, The Shapes takes influence from bands like Talking Heads and the sounds of Caribbean funk and African beats.

With March 17 only a little over a week away, colour us excited.
