The NSW Central Coast isn’t exactly renowned for mosh pit inducing rap music but Geek. isn’t your average coast kid.

The first thing you notice about Geek. is he is tall. Like, really tall. Second thing you notice is that he’s the nicest guy in world. Third thing you notice is he is a fucking rock star in the making. I was lucky enough to be in the crowd the night Geek. took the stage with Cult Shøtta at Thank Guard in Melbourne last year.

To be honest I don’t remember too much from that night but I do remember losing my shit to some song about Mike Jones. The energy in the air that night was electric and this song stole the show.

Mike Jones sees Geek. rapping over a beat by Renz. The new wave style goes so well with Future Bass that I’m surprised no one has thought of it before. Refreshingly upfront and in your face Mikes Jones is the kind of track that makes you wanna jack the aux cord in the Uber on the way to the club, roll down the windows and head bang like you’re in the front row of a Nirvana concert.
