While fans in the United States have been living it up at the joint tour between Porter Robinson and Madeon in support of their latest single ‘Shelter’, fans elsewhere have been doing nothing but feeling some severe FOMO. Today though the two have revealed that they’ll be adding a few extra dates to the ‘Shelter’ tour, with three visits right here down under.
Back to back to back appearances in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in late February won’t be the only aspect of the tour that’s back to back either – the boys have announced that these shows will feature them both playing live together. Best of friends. Madeon even had a few words to say about his and Porter’s relationship when talking about the tour:
“Both Porter and I started working with people in-person when we started making our respective albums and appreciated how much more collaborative you can get. Our intent was to make music that would reflect our friendship.”
