The dance music community is in mourning today, after news of DJ and producer Big Makk passing away.
The Mad Decent crew member was one of three people involved in a fatal car accident that occurred on the morning of August 28 in Seminole Country. As reported by Channel 2 News, the driver of a Dodge Charger ran into a tree by the All Faiths Memorial Park Cemetery around 7am, causing the car to incinerate and take the lives of all inside.
Big Makk, whose real name was Samisoni Koroitamudu, was a member of Diplo‘s Mad Decent label and had been DJing since the age of 13, cementing himself as a prominent member of the bass-music community over the years.
