Cakes is Turning 4, Proving Kings Cross Still has Some Life Left

With a roar of frustration echoing throughout Sydney concerning the lock-out laws, it becomes easy to focus on the venues who have fallen victim and been forced to close.

However, it is even more important to look at the venues that are still grinding despite facing the odds that are stacked against them and one of these venues is The World Bar; home to arguably the biggest Saturday night venture, Cakes.

The notorious club night is fast approaching its 4th year in business, and is throwing a big old shin-dig to celebrate, in true Cakes fashion.

The line-up is as follows:

Go Freek
LO’99
Danny T
Acaddamy
Clueless
Diego Slim
D*Funk
Jean Claude
Brizz
Bounce Crew
Rave Doss
Oh Glam
Losky
NOQU

Cakes will be celebrating its 4th birthday on March 5 at The World Bar, and we urge everyone to head along. As one of our final frontiers of night club history, it is terribly important to show support and head along.
