It’s been a jam packed two years since Melbournite, Griffin Jones AKA Francis Inferno Orchestra packed up his things and moved to London.
After releasing his debut album, A New Way Of Living, co-founding Superconcious Records with fellow Melbournite Fantastic Man and playing in some of Europes most notorious night-clubs it’s safe to say the man likes to stay busy.
Known for his eclectic song selection playing everything from Swedish-Techno to Mexican experimental music and silky originals he’s fast-becoming one of our most popular house exports and we think we know why with his new EP, Where Will You Be Spending Eternity?
The four-track vinyl only release is a testament to how far this producer has come showing off his sampling wizardry and percussion driven beats from the ethereal vibes of the A-Side with track, “Harmony” mixing dreamy synths and strings with Andres like percussion to the almost glitchy-tribal sound of “Kamakama”.
Coupled with this the EP comes with a remix from another Aussie techno wizard in Sleep D putting his dark spin on the tune.
For those of you in Sydney this weekend you can catch the man himself co-headlining an all night jam Saturday night at the Burdekin with fellow Australian don Tornado Wallace.
