With the exception of the release of ">Clang in 2014, Brooklyn trap producer Baauer has been mostly laying low since the unprecedented, international viral success of ">Harlem Shake in 2013.

Currently touring Australian shores, the talented beat-maker dropped into Triple J host Nina Las Vegas’s Mix Up earlier this week to treat fans to a new hour-long mix.

Remarkably, the mix revealed no less than three yet-to-be-released tracks from his much anticipated debut album.

Kicking off with the aggressive beat driven and bass heavy ID Baauer also premiered tracks Baddst and 1 Snap.

Bringing together some of the artist’s favourite tracks, the mix showcases a combination of hip hop, trap and electronic influences that define Baauer’s signature sound.

The hour long mix contains snippets from 34 other artists including M.I.A, A$AP Rocky, RL Grime, Diplo, Skrillex, Clouds and Rustie (a full track listing for the mix is provided below).

Given the strength of this new material its likely Baauer’s debut LP will be worth the wait.
