Howling – Stole The Night

In an amazing display of indie-dance blended with the glory of techno in their new single ‘Stole the Night’ which released today. Blending ominous vocals with live guitar paints a deep picture that’s black as the moonless night. The new collaborative project from RY X of The Acid and Frank Wiedemann of techno duo Âme have sprouted with their second single off of debut album Sacred Ground.

“It’s hard to gauge an influence… You might not presume Depeche Mode had an impact on your life, but you find yourself playing a new wave bass line in a back cabin in California and you’re digging it.”

We’re not sure what was in the water in the back woods of Cali, but are definitely digging it. Heading out on Monkeytown this May, the album is a unique work in full form. Meshing with dark alleys of Berlin with the quaint groove of Los Angeles is no easy task but these two have done it with style.
