EXGF made wavelengths last June when its debut track “Idle Hands”  tore through the bloggosphere. Since then, the mysterious, transcontinental Los Angeles and Paris-based had been completely silent.

That silence has now broken with EXGF’s second release titled “We Are the Hearts.” Again embodying a rebellious spirit through an innovative sound, the single delivers a hypnotic and vibrant emotion that can’t really be characterized by a genre.

And that seems to be EXGF’s calling card: fuck the genres and bring the love. It’s hard to find words to describe this song and this sound, other than it’s the type of song you’ll want to go home to at the end of a triumphant night, turn it up to 11, cuddle with it, and then let it soothe the soul.

Clearly intent to bring modern music back to the heart, EXGF appears on the way to achieving that goal.
