Toolroom is making music history one facelift as a time.

Mark Knight is one of the top selling artists on Beatport of the past decade, not to mention having one of the highest frequencies of chart topping releases, and Beatport’s longest running number one to date, making him a producer extraordinaire and the owner of Toolroom since 2003. Having been in the music biz for ten years…it’s only natural that he took time out to contemplate what the future may hold!? By hitting the #RESET button on music and life, Mr. Knight has decided to re-imagine Toolroom.

Times, they are a changin’

Mr. Knight has decided to put himself, Argentinian techno upstart Adrian Hour (main room techno) and British underground house artist Weiss together to represent the label’s new image. The idea is to focus on craftsmanship, credible House music and energetic dance floors by means of “commercial house meets underground house”. This one stop Toolroom – shop, will bring together fans from the likes of MK and Carl Cox; from different sides of the dance spectrum, so you won’t really need to look elsewhere for your music fix, now will you?

The label will see a  brand new artist roster and take things back to the cutting edge of underground house, techno and middle-ground club records that have made the label so successful over the past decade.
