Julio Bashmore Spills Beans on Debut Album

After two years of crafting it, UK house producer Matthew Walker, aka Julio Bashmore has broadcast that his debut LP and full length follow-up to the ever-popular Sunday kick on sesh favourites ‘Au Seve’ and ‘Battle For Middle You’.

Set to be released this southern hemisphere winter (for a UK summer), Bashmore has kept us semi on edge in the meantime, with a tune titled ‘Peppermint’ that lends Jessie Ware‘s vocals and is unusually inspiriting compared to his more associated darker sound.

The yet-to-be-named album is apparently “pretty much finished” according to an interview with Fact magazine, and will soon be released though Walker’s own label, Broadwalk. We await and masturbate anticipate!

You can now watch the official video clip for ‘Peppermint’, which, according to director Noah Harris, is an animation clip “about evolution.”
