Brisbane nightclub and live music venue The Met is officially up for sale.

Current owners Trent Meade and Matt Blyth purchased the venue four years ago and have since turned it into one of Brisbane’s leading night spots. The Met has also become the showcase club venue for conferences and music festivals including Big Sound, Touch Bass and Listen Out.

“Matt and I have always believed that it’s good business practice to facilitate win win solutions. It is the right time to exit with the business extremely profitable, and still offering enormous upside for the next operator.” says Director Trent Meade.

Owners Trent and Matt are currently working on the launch of their new hospitality brand as they move into the food and beverage market. The pair have finalised a new venue in the CBD with a relaunch scheduled for March 2018.

The Met is being sold by way of Expressions of Interest campaign ending on November 22nd (unless sold prior).
