Porter Robinson’s debut album ‘Worlds’ just turned 3-years-old

“Time flies when the music is good” is definitely not a saying but it really should be. In fact, I think I am officially coining that saying.

Three years ago to the day Porter Robinson’s debut album ‘Worlds’ entered the world (excuse the pun) and drastically changed the landscape of electronic music.

Home to anthems such as ‘Sad Machine’ and ‘Divinity’ among others, the 12-track project was as unique musically as it was important for it’s time; in a setting where big room EDM was smothering the industry, the 19-year-old producer’s debut offering helped kick-start a new sound.

Upon re-listening to this album, it is clear that time is on Porter’s side, and each track is still as brilliant today as it was 3-years-ago.

So without further ado, revisit ‘Worlds’ below and enjoy.
