Boiler Room’s iOS App Lets You Re-Live The Classics And All The New Ones

The global music broadcasting lords at Boiler Room have re-launched their iOS app and, for lack of a better phrase, it is insanely awesome.

The app was originally launched back in 2013, however it has been given a big face-lift, creating a stupidly user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing process.

The new and improved app features all currently streaming sessions, as well as grouping their vast archive in four channels. The first channel is for grime, UK garage, dubstep and “worldly club sounds”. The second is “house and techno in all its glory”. The third is for “rap, trap and soulful rhythms”, and the fourth is home to “distinctly weird and wonderful” live band performances.

Despite being freshly re-vamped, the app will be subject to constant change, if need be. In their launch email, Boiler Room said they will be “adding and improving its elements every couple of weeks.”

This exciting news follows Boiler Room’s recent closure of their chat room, which turned heads back in October, as well as the announcement of their virtual reality experience, which is set to come together next year. Big things from the BR camp.

So, if you’re an iPhone users who want to really live that Boiler Room experience, head to the App store and get downloading.
