We’re breaking our Rashid Ajami virginites here on Stoney Roads today! If you’re unfamiliar, London deep-house maestro, has been in charge of some monstrous releases on Armada, Anjunadeep, Kittball & Eklektish.
His last two EPs are currently 9th in the Beatport House release chart (Forrest EP) and 18th in the minimal Beatport chart (What You Like EP)…so it’s like a Rashid Ajami candy shop on beatport at the moment! This remix is utterly chilling, utilizing the contrast between soft underdone and hip hop percussion, to create space and atmosphere.
