Following Diplo’s own retro session in his Diplo & Friends Mix series during Hip Hop month, that also saw Ta-Ku and Kit-Pop’s hour of power under their HWLS alias comes Norways Lido’s own take on things.

The tracklisting is heavily skewed to his own originals and edits with his sickly sweet cut “I Love You” bouncing alongside remixes of Bill Withers, The Weeknd and Mø, who’ll play next years Laneway Festival!

There are some other interesting bits and pieces especially the Justin Timberlake cover by Lido & Stantell as well as Yung Lean finishing out his hour long mix.

Although existing with the music scene for years his jump to the forefront of the electronic one has come in the blink of an eye having only really surfaced within the electronic scene in the last 12 months with official remixes of Disclosure, Bastille, BANKS and ZHU as well as a collaborative track with pocket rocket Alison Wonderland.

The mix series has most certainly breached international waters having had a solid run of Australia artists of late with Wave Racer, Anna Lunoe and Alison Wonderland all giving it a hefty nudge.
