Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado is really pissed off with Ultra Music Festival after a 28 year female security attendant was trampled at Ultra Music Festival over the weekend.

The incident occurred at 8 p.m. on Friday when a large herd of people spotted a weak point in the fence and like a pack of bulls running down the streets of Barcelona, went for it! The mayor reported that the guard, real name Erica Mack, suffered severe brain haemorrhaging when she was trampled by the mob of gate crashers and quoted ‘“She is disoriented and confused and nobody knows how this will affect her future.”

The representative of the security company she worked for have expressed that they are “deeply saddened by the tragic events that occurred this weekend at Ultra Music Festival. We will continue to keep Erica Mack and her loved ones in our thoughts and prayers as we closely monitor her condition.”

A witness at the scene called Ivette Lozano told Do Androids Dance about the account at first hand:

“They all knew what they were going to do. I’m sure they didn’t mean to hurt her but they were very much aware that she was standing there. The first couple of people must have seen her because they were stepping all over her.”

Mayor Regaldo is planning to use the incident as leverage to block the return of the festival to Miami. AND the fact that 33 people on Saturday, up 10 from Friday were arrested for various drug related offence probably didn’t help either!
