After teasing new sounds in September with the audio-visual ‘IMO’, a dedication to the memory of his brother Daniel, The man behind the mask SBTRKT is back again with new ‘audio and visual experiments’ featuring an unreleased down-tempo track. Once again featuring hypnotic visuals by Lorenzo Durantini & the anonymous designer and creator of the artists’ famous tribal mask A Hidden Place watch/listen to the new footage below.

This latest dripping, fluid motif is also featured in an AV preview on Durantini’s own web portfolio uploaded around the same time as the IMO tease. The footage is described as ‘visuals made for SBTRKT DJ sets…excerpt from half hour loop for different length sets’. IMO teased a new album but is SBTRKT about to take these new sounds on the road with a new multimedia performance? We’re looking forward to that announcement!
