Just when we heard ketamine could help cure depression, scientists at the Chinese University Hong Kong have found that long term users have a bigger chance of getting cancer than your average joe.
House heads be warned…
According to the study, long term use could result in shrunken bladders and “livers resembling those of 60 year old alcoholics,” yikes.
The research also found that of the 300 participants, 43 percent suffered some sort of liver disfunction, indicating maybe ye ol’ ket should be left to the likes of our sub human primates.
Admittedly, the participants were insane rage machines who abused a median dose of 14 grams every week for 6 years, but we still don’t think it’s a good idea.
