Why Aren’t More People Talking About Pitch Festival in Amsterdam?

Pitch Festival

It’s beyond us why more people aren’t talking about a little known Pitch festival in Amsterdam thats boasting a potent lineup of electronic consisting of and not least, Massive Attack, Moderat, SBTRKT, Caribou, Richie Hawtin, Darkside, Mount Kimbie and Lunice among others.

The two-day smorgasbord of next level of dance will take place in July over the 4th and 5th respectively at the Cultuurpark Westgasabriek a “a redeveloped factory site situated in Amsterdam West” of which the confines are shrouded by a “beautiful and industrial 14-hectare city park” – not a bad place to be for a couple glutinous days of syncopated beats!

It gets better for those heading and worse for those that aren’t, with tickets priced at a measly € 85 for the weekend or € 47.50 for a single day if either Friday or Saturdays lineup takes your fancy (hint: Ta-Ku, Ryan Hemsworth Darkside play the sat).

Although we can’t find any info on capacity the site offers wise warnings of rooms filling up fast meaning you’ll need to get your plan on to be at the right place at the right time.
