DJ Steven Gerrard could be in da scouse house sooner than you know it… Well not that soon, because he still has to play the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

According to the Daily Star, ‘DJ Stevie G’ has been getting mixing lessons for some years now and is keen to try his hand at the DJ game post-Liverpool and England football career. Having had a few practice runs at Merseyside nightclub ‘Garlands’ where apparently over 2,000 disciples gathered for his sick beats, the Liverpool star is adamant that playing in front of that many people each week after football can help give himself the same buzz as playing sport for his beloved club.

Wonder if the man will play a set in Brazil post-England’s participation in the tournament? Let’s hope he’s no Paris Hilton.
