Big Day Out have announced an impressive lineup for 2014 that will feature Dillon Francis, Flosstradmus, Major Lazer and more.

The lineup had been toted as a somewhat ‘best of’ and looks to be all that and more with a slightly skewed electronic presence getting us excited for main stage and boiler room antics.

International mainstay and all around cat lover Dillon Francis will join hustling trap duo Flosstradamus alongside Swedish House Mafia’s Steve Angello, Diplo’s riddim group Major Lazer, French ‘IDM’ duo The Algorithm and live dance group Big Gigantic.

They’ll side up to local adversaries Flume and Peking Duk for what could be the most dancey lineup Big Day Out has ever seen.

It has to be noted though that the festival will tote much more with a trifecta of headliners with Arcade Fire, Blur and Pearl Jam all making appearances in what will surely be a sold out affair.

Things kick off in Auckland January 17th and rounding out in Perth February 2nd.
