Disclosure to release debut album “Settle”

U.K brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence aka Disclosure have just announced the release of the debut album ‘Settle’ on PMR/Interscope.

The album is expected to be released in early July and will feature 14 full-length tracks of hip-hop influenced U.K garage and house. The first single ‘You & Me’ features Vocals from Eliza Doolittle and appears on their new ep titled ‘The Singles’ alongside with ‘Latch’ and both the original mix and Hud Mo remix of ‘White Noise’.

‘You & Me’ is another example of Disclosure’s perfect combination of House/Garage/Vocals. The boys are referring to it as “pop music” and say that the pairing of these elements is what will form the basis of the new album. Whilst I don’t completely agree that it is pop music I enjoy the fact that Disclosures sound is bringing in people who usually wouldn’t go near Chicago/Detroit house and U.K garage.

Check out ‘You & Me’ below.
