Facebook has just revealed through a blog post that they’re implementing tools to limit your time on Facebook and Instagram, which seems a little counterintuitive to us.

The tools show you how much time you’re spending on Facebook or Instagram and allow you to set a usage limit that’ll alert you once you’ve spent too much time on the application. Facebook has said they’ve done this so the time you’re spending on Facebook is the time you want to spend on Facebook which seems awfully human, but we all know Zuckerberg’s a robot so really how human is this move?

Personally at Stoney we won’t be touching it because it’d be embarrassing to see how much of our lives we’ve thrown away, but the idea seems pretty helpful! Check out the pics below, read more about it here and tell us what you think, will this help you stay off Facebook?
