The highly anticipated double-A side ‘Flame 1‘ from UK producers Burial and The Bug is closing in, and to keep us content the pair have shared the first cut from the EP.

Titled ‘Shrine’, the 5-minute track conveys the forward thinking, experimental nature of both artists coming together effortlessly. Both producers form a brooding, unsettling tone on ‘Shrine’ that is the result of an array of haunting instrumentals and a deep, rumbling bass line.

On the topic of Burial, The Sydney Opera House announced earlier this week that they are hosting an evening dedicated to his 12″ releases over the years. See more on that here.
