FKJ drops heavy piano laden instrumental track ‘TUI’

The ever so proficient producer, multi-instrumentalist and singer FKJ never ceases to impress, with his ability to morph and transform his music, floating between genres at ease.

FKJ is full of surprises. His most recent surprise comes in the form of a brand new track titled ‘TUI’. The instrumental begins with a nimble, thermal and partially classical piano melody, which serves as both magical and transformative. Under which a soft, hazel like bass line can be heard, with accentuations of birds chirping. The calming, smooth instrumental often morphs into an extended bird call, which comes as a surprise the first time to the listener, perhaps a reminder to be at one with one’s surroundings.

There is a real natural element to this release, as the song builds up from a steady, level ground, fully incorporating the piano chords, snare drums and steady moving synths to take the listener from a tranquil place to one of built up crescendo at the end of the track.

FKJ has a lot to offer, his wide repertoire of talents were focused last year into his picturesque debut album French Kiwi Juice, which cracked a #2 spot on the TSIS Top 20 Electronic Albums of 2017 list, not an easy feat. Make sure you keep an eye for future releases from FKJ. He has his finger on the pulse, with surprise releases dropping from all angles as of late.
