Young Franco has smashed 2017 out of the park, bringing the bouncy dance tunes to the big leagues with his sold out shows across Australia, London and Seoul, in addition to owning festival sets at Splendour in the Grass and Hot Dub Wine Machine. He recently released one of our absolute favourite tracks of the year with ‘Miss You’, and now he’s continuing hype us up with a fresh new remix by Hood Rich! 

‘About This Thing’. has the classic, signature Young Franco bouncy beat wit a nimble bass that runs up and down the groove. The textures are fun and bright, with nothing too loud and rough, everything sounds very clean. The synths are subtle, and don’t steal the show, rather the bass is the dominant force here, which really helps the track feel like a deep dance-floor filler. The vocals remain catchy, and the hook will have you repeating it as you walk down the street and garner weird looks from strangers. It’s a prime piece of electro-funk, which we can now rely on Young Franco for delivering.

DJ, producer and club-hero Hood Rich has completely nailed his remix of Young Franco‘s gem and it’s completely blown us away. Gritty bass line, thumping beat and an ultimate club weapon, this remix is something to get on board with.
