If there is one trait Facebook and Spotify certainly share, it is that they are always looking to change things up for the better (or perhaps worse).
This latest venture sees both the major streaming service and social media platform partner up in order to simplify music sharing with friends. Which is what we all need!
The feature, aptly dubbed Group Playlists for Messenger, is fairly simple. Messenger will now bare a Spotify icon that will allow users to add songs in group playlists.
Speaking on the feature, the company explains it will be “ideal for parties, road trips, or simply collecting new favorites, Group Playlists provide a seamless way for users to collaborate and share music more easily than ever before”.
Check the visual rundown below. Is this a good move from Spotify?
