The annual BPM festival has found a new party destination in Portugal, and have announced the debut event for this coming September.

Taking up residence in the resort town of Praia da Rocha, Portimão in the Algave region, BPM festival have locked in September 13 until 17 for their return, just 8-months after their last party in Mexico.

Praia da Rocha has been described as “one of most pristine beach locations” and BPM will be hosting numerous day/night parties in indoor and outdoor locations.

The reasoning behind the move follows the recent banning of music festivals in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, following the shooting that occurred this year.
