Months after falling in love with Kid Froopy’s Moving Castle funky ‘BB (4 Missed Texts)‘, Sydney producer Obseen has wrapped his fingers around the beat and reworked it into absolute magic.

Making crafty use of some beautiful atmospheric background sampling, Obseen has taken Kid Froopy’s funky vision and altered the Moving Castle release into a wavey future bass anthem. Adding another dynamic to the tracks original state, Obseen has added another spin through the use of a killer electric guitar solo.

Obseen has had an incredibly busy year material wise, releasing a heap of ‘re-thinks’. Reworking Alison Wonderland & Lido’s Already Gone to Zara Larsson & MNEK’s huge hit Never Forget You, the Sydney producer has a knack for producing some absolute gem reworks. Ramping up and looking into the new year, fans of Obseen can expect a heap of exciting things from the Sydney-sider. From a new remix which will than be followed closely by some new singles, to an EP expected to drop around March-ish (fingers crossed), things are well a truly heating up for Obseen and we are damn excited to both see and hear what he has in-store for us.
