Soulwax Release Tour Dates And A New Track

Words By Sarah Tonkin

Soulwax are back!

Since forming in 1995, Belgian project Soulwax have been ‘pushing the boundaries into a new and innovative territory’.

Soulwax released a new track titled Transient Program For Drums And Machinery and to top it off, they’ve released upcoming tour dates hinting that there’s plenty more to come from Soulwax over 2017.

Transient Program For Drums and Machinery is quirky and has a dose of electro with the groovy tune going for an expansive 8 minutes. This marks Soulwax‘s first original piece in over a decade.

Soulwax kick off their mini European tour in March next year.

“With a specially designed stage set and seven touring members, including original band member Stefaan Van Leuven on bass guitar & synth, three drummers – Victoria Smith (Jamie T), Iggor Cavalera (Sepultura, MIXHELL), Blake Davies (Turbowolf), and Laima Leyton (MIXHELL) on synth and backing vocals, Soulwax are taking a micro version of their DEEWEE studio on the road.”

If you’re travelling to Europe over the summer holidays (wouldn’t we all love that), Soulwax’s upcoming tour dates are below. Tickets are on sale from 9am on Friday 18 November.
