The highly anticipated Skepta tour has been unfortunately cancelled.

The heavy news came via BBE today, who took to social media revealing that due to “unexpected and personal reasons” the tour has been canned.

Read their post in full below:

“It is with the deepest disappointment we must announce that Skepta is not able to travel to Australia and New Zealand at this time for an unexpected and personal reason. His tour, planned to commence on Saturday 17 September 2016 is regrettably cancelled. Full ticket refunds will be available on all shows from point of purchase. We are working in close conjunction with the Artist’s booking agency and management in order to organise a new run of shows in 2017.

You will receive an email from your local ticketing agency on how to obtain your refund.

We truly and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

Thankfully, as mentioned above, ticket holders will be able to receive refunds from the point of purchase and there may be a new tour announcement in the near future.

But as for now, we’re all pretty Devo.

Skepta’s tour was set to begin this weekend in Perth.
