So you’ve just finished Stranger Things and realised you’ve now watched absolutely everything Netflix has to offer? Well thankfully the streaming service has bounced back with a new film on the way, on the topic of EDM.

The film, titled ‘XOXO’, is an ‘American dream-ish kinda story, following – from what we have gathered from the trailer – a young, aspiring bedroom producer who dreams of that big-room lifestyle. What’s the bet he will have posters of Avicii on his walls?

‘XOXO’ is not the first EDM run-in Netflix have had, in fact, just last month we stumbled across the trailer for a new documentary on the life of Dim Mak label-head Steve Aoki which is due out this month.

The trailer itself is colourful but relatively obvious. In their own words, “XOXO is a coming-of-age ensemble film about a group of 20-somethings on a crazy adventure to the biggest EDM festival in America, XOXO“. It also includes Sarah Hyland dressed up as a raver. So there is that.

XOXO will be available to stream on Netflix come August 26.
