By now, we are well and truly stuck into the 2016 Olympics, and if you’re looking for gold, you don’t really need to go further than Michael Phelps.

After winning 28 Olympic medals across his career, we are left to question: What’s this heathens secret? What makes him able to spit in the face of aquatic mobility?

As we found out recently, electronic music is always the answer. Phelps admitted “The music that I’ve been listening to this time around … Nero and Skrillex, EDM. Got some old school Aoki in the mix from 2008.”

NBC also has also reported that the swimmer was listening to Afrojack and Steve Aoki’s 2011 record, “No Beef,” ahead of Saturday’s 4×100-meter medley relay. Godspeed Phelps!
