Veteran selector DJ Shadow has shared his first Essential Mix in 13 long years.

The two-hour long mix was recorded in two parts, the first half being recorded back in April and delving into a lot of “Cali shit” from modern artists such as Lil Uzi Vert, Travis Scott and more. The second half is for the “Hip-hop fanatics”, and is a more sentimental collection of tracks from the past and present.

The mix follows the release of DJ Shadow’s latest studio album, The Mountain Will Fall, which dropped on June 24th.
