The Sydney-based artist came onto the scene in 2015 with her debut Immersion EP and has since been spinning heads at home and abroad on Triple J, BBC Radio and KRCW.

BUOY’s latest release ‘Clouds & Rain’ from October Records showcases Charmain’s vocals over the top of some sweet production, laid down with the help of long-time collaborator Jack Grace and Christopher Port. The end result is a dark, atmospheric electronica that takes you all the way through the drum machine range and lays you out across the full synth board. Let it build and enjoy the succumbing head nod that you will no doubt succumb to.

From all reports BUOY brings a hell of a live show to the stage. Recently added to Niche Productions roster, BUOY has supported Oscar Key Sung, Bannoffee and Ranbow Chan and brings her skill as a former jazz pianist to combine piano, synth, percussion and vocals the live set.
