Rick Rubin made an album for Star Wars Featuring Baauer, Flying Lotus, A-Trak And More

World-renowned Producer Rick Rubin has made our jaws drop collectively with the announcement that he will be releasing a Star Wars tribute album, built on samples from the Star Wars movie franchise itself!

With a long line of high-quality artists on board (Flying Lotus, Shlohmo, Baauer and Bonobo to name a few,) the album is sure to be one of high anticipation.

Speaking on Zane Lowe’s Beat 1 radio show, Flying Lotus told us how stoked he is to be a part of it “I think all this kind of started with Rick Rubin. He kind of handpicked all the people he wanted to be part of this thing. And I’m just flattered to be involved in this thing. At the same time, it makes sense. I just feel close to these sounds.”
