The word ‘legend’ gets thrown around a lot these days, but when its being applied David Bowie, one of the most influential artists of all time, it means something.

Bowie’s career spanned the decades from before electronic dance music was around, to the years of its inception and far beyond. His music had a hugely influential impact on endless artists across all music genres, electronic music is no exception.

There has been a massive outpouring of love and support for Bowie since news of his passing. A quick scroll of any electronic music fan’s social media feed will show just how much Bowie meant to so many. The stars will be looking very different from now on. RIP.
