Trying to navigate popular vinyl re-sell site Discogs on your phone has always been a pain but with mobile traffic now equal and often surpassing that of those using laptops and desktops the company has finally announced a forthcoming user-friendly app.

As FACT report it will rely heavily on a third-party app MilkCrate, that will allow users to sift through the site’s library of brand new and second hand records. Additional features will include a wish list, cataloguing and a much easier search functions making tracking down a particular record a breeze!

The only hurdle and problematic issue so far for the app penned for release early next year is an inability to actually communicate or purchase records through the app meaning a rush home to your lappy if you find that piece of wax you’ve been chasing FOREVER.

Still, a good step forward for the popular used vinyl market place.
