5 Weiss tracks you need to know before he hits Australian shores

After experiencing immense success in 2013, Weiss drummed up support from the likes of Groove Armada, Loco Dice, Richie Hawtin and DJ Sneak to name but a few. It was all about his brand of jacking Chicago House and rich Tech House culminated into one track, ‘My Sister’. Since then Weiss has gone on to dominate the Beatport charts and gaining support from even more tastemakers including Green Velvet. Kenny Dope and Pete Tong. There is no denying that Weiss is currently on a trajectory towards dance music superstardom.

If you’ve been living under a rock or somehow missed Weiss dominating the scene, here is a no nonsense guide to the best tracks to come from the British producer.

1. Weiss – My Sister
The track that started it all, it’s jacking, it’s grooving and it’s everything you need to get a room bouncing.

2. Weiss – Man Gone
Things that make you go “oooof”. This is a piano heavy banger that’s surely to tickle the fancies of even the fussiest dance heads.

3. Weiss – Our Love

This is a 2am floor filler, sprinkled with a deepness and richness that has come to be known as the Weiss signature touch.

4. Deadmau5 – Raise Your Weapon (Weiss Remix)
Deadmau5 and Weiss seem like an unlikely match but this remix softens the original into a house friendly gem.

5. Weiss – I Believe
Deep, so so so so deep.
